Terms & conditions

These terms apply to all purchases on anistoretcg.dk. We comply with Danish consumer law. The Danish version is legally binding.

🏢 Company details

💰 Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include 25% VAT.
  • You can pay with Visa, Mastercard and MobilePay.
  • Payment is handled securely and encrypted by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
  • The amount is charged when you complete your purchase.

📝 The contract

  • The contract is concluded when the payment is complete.
  • You receive an order confirmation by e-mail with the order contents, prices, the main terms and your right of withdrawal.
  • We keep the order and you can always get a copy by writing to us.

📦 Delivery

  • We ship with PostNord to a parcel shop (29 DKK) or by home delivery (49 DKK) in Denmark.
  • We ship within 1–2 business days after payment. PostNord usually delivers 1–2 business days after dispatch.

↩️ Right of withdrawal

  • You have a 14-day right of withdrawal, counted from the day you receive the goods.
  • You withdraw by giving us a clear statement, e.g. by writing to us at tw@anistoretcg.dk or using the model withdrawal form in the order confirmation.
  • You must send the goods back within 14 days of your statement and you pay the return shipping.
  • You may inspect the goods as you would in a physical shop. If they are handled beyond that, we may deduct the loss of value from the refund. If a sealed booster pack or box is opened, the loss of value may equal the full price.
  • We refund all payments including standard delivery no later than 14 days after your statement, using the same means of payment. We may wait until we have received the goods or proof that they have been sent.

🔧 Complaints

  • 2-year right to complain under the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
  • For justified complaints we pay return postage and refund reasonable shipping costs.
  • Write to us with your order number and photos of the fault.

💳 Refunds

  • Refunds go to the payment method you used.
  • Your bank usually takes 3–5 banking days to show the amount.
  • If you withdraw from only part of the order, shipping is not refunded.

  • We treat your data confidentially and in accordance with the GDPR.

⚖️ Complaints procedure

  • Always contact us first — we want to find a good solution.
  • You may complain to the Danish Centre for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg (naevneneshus.dk).
